You can rely on our roadside assistance, whatever the situation, wherever you happen to be in Canada, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All we ask is that your Land Rover is under warranty. If your warranty has expired, assistance is still available for a charge.
Quickly At Your Service
We will take your vehicle to a Land Rover Authorized Retailer. If your vehicle still can’t be repaired quickly, we organize and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 80 kilometres from home, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation and alternative transportation.*
Getting In Touch
In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, a call to our 24-hour toll-free hotline (1-800-461-2325) brings you help anywhere in Canada or the United States.
When you call, we’ll ask you for:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- A brief description of the incident
- A contact telephone number
If your Land Rover has been involved in an accident, we’ll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
*All elements of Land Rover Roadside Assistance are available while your Land Rover New Vehicle Limited Warranty is in effect.
